How to submit a complaint
Use the contact path and include your account email, case reference if available, what happened and what you want resolved. Complaints about a CBR decision itself must follow the CBR/government route in your letter.
Privacy complaint
For privacy matters you can use your GDPR rights and, if needed, complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
