What data we process
Account and contact data, CBR letters, uploads, OCR text, generated overviews, PDF drafts, support messages, notifications and technical security logs.
Why we process data
To run the brief check, structure the dossier, prepare PDF drafts where relevant, secure the service, handle support/privacy requests and maintain auditability.
Sensitive data, OCR and AI
CBR documents may contain health, alcohol/drugs, police, driving licence, BSN or payment data. Upload only what is needed and mask BSN or payment details when they are not needed for the check.
Retention and rights
Data is kept no longer than needed for beta operation, security, support and privacy handling. Final retention periods and processor details require owner confirmation before paid launch. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; privacy complaints can also be raised with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
